Lid dimentions

The lid has the same width and depth as the box. This assumes one of these usages:
1) The lid is attached to the box with hinges.
2) Inside the box addional material is added along the sides which extend above the box hight, lid fits on top.

As a result the only item to specify for the lid is the Lid Height.
Value should be entered in millimeter [mm] resolution.
Fractions are allowed, 120.5 is a correct value.

The mimum size of the lid height is 2 times the material thickness.
